Ordering & Shipping
Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days after they’re placed. During sales, holidays, or busy sourcing periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
We ship to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order, as we’re unable to reroute packages once they’ve been sent.
Once an order is handed off to the carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with them. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier using your tracking information.

Products & Materials
Yes. We work primarily with natural stones, which means each piece will have its own variations in color, texture, and shape. These differences are part of what make each piece unique.
Because many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind or made with natural materials, your item may vary slightly from what’s pictured. We do our best to photograph each piece accurately and note any significant variations in the product description.
Some pieces may be restocked if materials become available, but many of our items are limited or one-of-a-kind. If something sells out, there’s a chance it won’t return.
We recommend handling your pieces gently and storing them in a safe, dry place when not in use. Specific care notes, when needed, are included on individual product pages.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, unless otherwise noted on the product page.
