Hand Cut + Crafted: During my early research into crystals, I quickly learned not all crystals were created equal. In fact, many are dyed glass advertised as crystals, machine cut or laboratory made. The crystals at Wild | Alabaster are 100% natural, which means no two crystals will ever be the same. Our stones that are shaped (towers, spheres, palms, free forms, etc.) are all cut and shaped by hand. Each crystal represents something unique and beautiful straight from the earth!

Intentionally + Ethically Sourced: This is a foundational and nonnegotiable aspect of our brand. Every single one of our wholesalers and mines have been heavily vetted by our founder, Rachael James. We ensure that the crystals we are using in our homes, in our healing practices, and during our daily rituals have not come at the expense of another human being’s safety, dignity, welfare, or human rights. End of story. We will not look away from the injustices of the world and we will not turn a blind eye in order to expand profit margins. We are committed to holding those in the industry accountable to the very best of our ability by asking hard questions and requesting video footage of mines and facilities in locations we cannot visit physically.

Mindfully Curated: Each and every crystal at Wild | Alabaster is hand curated and selected by Rachael for its beauty, uniqueness, and energetic frequency. While we offer stand-alone crystals, our brand is best known for its monthly curations. These coveted collections are curated with a specific intention and come with an educational card on each crystal in the collection.

After each crystal has been chosen, each stone goes through a cleansing, clearing, and charging 3-step process. So when your Wild | Alabaster crystals arrive, they are ready to go to work for you, spreading their pristine energy into your home.  

Cleansed: Both physically and energetically cleaned, each crystal is washed with a sage and palo santo infused soap. During this process, the energy is also cleansed using reiki and other energy work.

Cleared: After they are washed, each crystal is cleared in turn with smoke from sage and palo santo. From here, a second round of energy work is applied.

Charged: We use sunlight, moonlight, sound, and selenite to get each crystal baby charged and ready for its new home.

Lastly, each crystal is blessed by the person packing it. As we carefully wrap your order up to come home, we pour love and good vibrations into each and every one of your crystals and add a special essential oil blend to the packaging to keep them energetically safe during shipping.

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of crystals, we cannot guarantee a restock of a product exactly as you've seen it before. However! We pay attention to what you love and do our best to bring things back that we notice you connect with. To receive a notification when the item you want is back in stock, sign up for a notification on the specific product page. Shipping is calculated at checkout and is based on the weight of your order and your location. Most orders follow this shipping tier:

Order value under $100 = $10 shipping

Order value $101-$400 = $15 shipping

Order value $401+ = $20 shipping

All domestic orders ship through UPS or USPS.

Absolutely! You will be hearing from us. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email and then you will receive another email with a tracking link once your order has shipped.

Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days from the date they are placed via USPS Priority or UPS Ground shipping.  Our team works hard to exceed this timeline, however, if your purchase is needed sooner, please let us know at Hello@wildalabaster.com.  We will work with you to see what we can do!

Due to the sensitive nature of crystals, all W|A orders are final sale once shipped. We cannot accept returns or exchanges. In addition, due to the high demand of items on drop nights, limited quantities of one-of-a-kind items, and how quickly inventory goes, in order to make it fair for all of our customers, items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be canceled once order is placed.
