How the magic happens.
Founder
Rachael James
Rachael james is the founder + owner of Wild | Alabaster. She is a homeschooling mama of four with a passion for earth magic and medicine. She started W | A out of a personal need to find affordable crystals that had been ethically sourced and had good energy. When she came up empty-handed, she decided to build her own and build it big enough for others to join, too.
Favorite Crystals: Ocean Jasper, Agate, Smokey Quartz, Sodalite, Rose Quartz, and Tourmaline!

Meg
Meg and Rachael met through their love of porch sitting and earth medicine! Meg studied branding + marketing before relocating from Kentucky to South Carolina.
Meg previously worked part time as a W|A Warehouse Maven and gave birth to her creative side project, @artemissolcreations
After returning home to Kentucky for a year, Rachael invited her to come back and rejoin the team full time.
When she’s not working, you can find Meg in a creek hunting for critters and shark teeth, sitting on the porch, creating something with her hands, or dreaming up her next adventure.

Kendra
Meet Kendra! She’s a Maryland girl living in New Jersey with her husband Eric and their pup Monty. She’s a licensed cosmetologist turned full time crystal enthusiast. When she’s not styling crystals or promoting our beautiful earth magic, she enjoys doing home projects, sippin’ on a skinny marg or adventuring with her boys. Keep up with her on Instagram @ken__lew
